Womens on-road cycling skills training

Free womens only cycling training led by womem cycling instructors. This cycle training will give you the skills to tackle quiet roads safely. It includes signalling and observation, understanding and using road position, and passing obsticles safely. Its suitable for anyone who wants to improve their confidence to cycle safely on the road and who can already cycle and handle their bike proficiently.

Bicycles and helmets are available to borrow for the training

Womens beginners cycle training

Free womens only cycle training at The University of Leeds, led by women cycle instructors. This is a beginners session teaching the essentials of Bike handling and control. You do need to be able to ride a bike. We have bike and helmets to lend for the training. To book email a.r.harper@leeds.ac.uk
